The fourth annual York Olive Festival will be held over the weekend of 23 & 24 June 2007 to celebrate the release of the "olio novello", Western Australia's fresh new season extra virgin olive oil.

The festival has been held in York since 2004 and is the only event in Western Australia dedicated to olives, extra virgin olive oil and other olive products.
